Lake County P.E.A.R.L.S. is a nonprofit organization established in 2014, by members of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, Lambda Nu Omega Chapter in Lake County, IL. Lake County P.E.A.R.L.S.is Partnering to Empower, Advance and Restore through Leadership and Service in the local area. It serves as a nonprofit organization for community and scholastic achievement.

Lake County P.E.A.R.L.S, Inc. is a separate legal entity from Lambda Nu Omega and conducts business in its own name.
